This came to me from one of my correspondents, CDFW. CDFW is of engineering mindset or has been for the past few years. Prior to that he was in marketing. I think the switch came for him when, having told people the benefits of technology for much of his life, he wanted to know if what he was telling people was true.
In any case, he sent me this and I've put it up as part of my screensavers, have it on my corkboard and laugh every time I see it. The title is "How to tell when you've ticked off an engineer..." Click on the image and it should open a larger, more easily readable image.
