We stayed at the beautiful Au Petite Chateau in the tower suite.
Our hosts, Helene et Richard, had a good Spanish espresso machine and we definitely took advantage of it during our stay. The breakfasts were incredible and our hosts were gracious enough to laugh when, asked if I'd like an omelette, I answered, "Oui, un oeil."
I mentioned yesterday that I'm in the market for a new guitar and it turned out that Richard has quite the collection. Very impressive instruments. It was the first time I got to play a high end instrument and yep, there's a difference between a hand-crafted and my off-the-rack Guild. At least now I know what to look for in a guitar.
From there we focused our attention on taking the ferry from Levis to Quebec City and Carnaval.
