I went back to looking for truth to complete the study. I searched on both websites and blogs. The search term was "Visitors Providing False Information on Websites".
The web search turned up positions #1 and #2 spot out of 1,480,000 entries. At least my "out of" numbers were back where I thought they should be. How many think that the total number of entries found in a search plays a part in where an entry will be listed?
The blog specific search turned up as #4 out of 277 possible entries. Funny that the values should be so different? Number 1 out of 1.5M and yet #4 out of 277? This tells us quite a bit, actually. It tells me quite a bit, anyway, and is why me thinks there's enough data now to formulate a working equation and begin to pull the dross off a bit.
More to follow. Not soon, and definitely more to follow.
