KBar's Findings: Madeleine, L'Engle, Author of "A Wrinkle in Time", dies
NextStage: Predictive Intelligence, Persuasion Engineering, Interactive Analytics and Behavioral Metrics Going through my emails you can see I'm on a bit of a KBar kick. He sent this to me, 'Wrinkle in Time' author dies at 88, while I was traveling and didn't get a chance to respond until I returned to my office. Kbar wrote that he read her stuff as a kid and so did I. In my case, though, the childhood has prolonged through more recent years. I reread her work every few years just to keep in touch.

The article is interesting to me because -- as all things seem to do in my life -- many disparate threads work themselves together. Ms. L'Engle's comments about writing, "I never write for any age group in mind. When people do, they tend to be tolerant and condescending and they don't write as well as they can write. ... When you underestimate your audience, you're cutting yourself off from your best work." seem so fitting in light of my recent experiences at the IMedia Brand Summit...
