Easy. I documented the methodology in The Village: One Minute of Peace. Another method, one that I'll admit takes a bit more time and effort, takes the form of a modified blog meme I suggested in I've been tagged again. Write a little story or poem, compose some music, draw or paint a picture, take a photograph of something meaningful to you, read book that has nothing to do with work, knit something, learn to play a musical instrument, go for a walk with someone special.
One of my favorite quotes is John L. Spalding's "What we love to do we find time to do."
Agree with what I've written and don't know how to do it? Okay and simple enough. Find something you love to do, something that gives you pleasure and share that pleasure, that joy, with someone else.
Remember, I'm not suggesting you share what gives you pleasure with someone else, only to share the pleasure it gives you.
