First, thanks to Stephane for thinking the column worthy. There is nothing more rewarding than to be recognized by your peers.
Second, Stephane writes "The article could as well been entitled Business Design Intelligence because it goes far beyond designing the website itself and address the brand and positioning of the company itself." Yes, I think all these things are tied together and it's part of NextStage's philosophy when working with clients, so thank you for that.
I'm always amazed at how people respond to that "The first message is from your market to you" concept. It seems to be a mind-blower although the original concept, "The first communication must be instructions on how to build a receiver," is one that was drilled into me early on by my mentors. Once again, coming from a different set of disciplines makes itself known.
Tell you what, Stephane. If it's of interest to you, let's see if we can work on a training or presentation together. Maybe something along the lines of "Integrating NextStage with Web Analytics: What It Gives You and How to Use It".
Your thoughts, Brother Stephane?
Please contact NextStage for information regarding presentations and trainings on this and other topics.
