
The theme, "Stating the Obvious", comes from so many NextStage clients telling us that what we recommend is so obvious to them, but only after we've stated it. Our suggestions are things peoploe never think of on their own but, once stated clearly, are often whack on the side of the head obvious.
The first column, Keep It Simple to Maximize Market Share, deals with an equation that determines just how much of your audience will end up being your market. The word "equation" sometimes worries people and it shouldn't. Basically I share that the more complex an interface is, the less people will be able to use it, hence the smaller your market share will be.
