
My thanks to Brad and I'm passing the link onto you, dear readers. I'm intrigued by this post because it bolsters my Keep It Simple to Maximize Market Share, Attract and Stick, Part 1 and Attract and Stick, Part 2 AllBusiness.com columns.
The main point is that websites are no longer serving the visitors' purpose and are instead performing a disservice to the visitor. The best part is that the author stated the case far more succinctly than I could. I really need write more tightly.
