I'm intrigued by this post because it bolsters my Keep It Simple to Maximize Market Share, Attract and Stick, Part 1 and Attract and Stick, Part 2 AllBusiness.com columns.
The main point is that websites are no longer serving the visitors' purpose and are instead performing a disservice to the visitor. The best part is that the author stated the case far more succinctly than I could. I really need write more tightly.
