Political Campaigns on the Web, Redux
NextStage: Predictive Intelligence, Persuasion Engineering, Interactive Analytics and Behavioral Metrics I was interviewed again last night by WMUR-TV. An abridged version of the interview seems to have made it around to NECN and possible some other outlets and received considerable airplay this morning. The complete interview dealt with MySpace announcing it's going to usurp NH's First in the Nation Primary. You can follow that link to the abridged version. I'm up around the three minute mark on the feed.

This is the third interview I've done for WMUR and I'm learning more and more about TV each time. I think one reason they contacted me and for the clip getting such airplay is because waaaay back in early Feb '07 I wrote "...NH is famous for it's first in the nation primary. It's fought to keep that distinction as of late and that's a pity because -- although I don't think NH knows it yet -- they've already lost. The first in the nation primary is now owned by the 'net."

The entire post, Political Campaigns on the Web, is (I believe) still worth a read. NextStage is going to be covering the current political season both in our Politics posts and on our NextStage on Politics webpage.

Please contact NextStage for information regarding presentations and trainings on this and other topics.

I'll be speaking at the San Francisco April '07 Emetrics Summit on Quantifying and Optimizing the Human Side of Online Marketing on May 7, 2007. Come on by and say hello.
