What James is writing about with "two person dialogue&hyper-links in video" is based on a suggestion that a video is often more interesting when there's some interaction between characters, the narrator and the viewer or on screen during a narration. There was also a point in which his group's video listed several items of interest to potential students. I suggested they include a video link as the interesting items were either mentioned or shown in the video.
