Resumes as Dinosaurs got some notice
NextStage: Predictive Intelligence, Persuasion Engineering, Interactive Analytics and Behavioral Metrics I learned that Sweetness' series, "Resumes Going the Way of the Dinosaur" was the subject of some discussion on something called NewsVines. First, thanks for taking the time to read my postings.

As I wrote in the NewsVines' thread, Sweetness has sent me more material regarding resumes and HR and I'll be sharing it in the future (yep, there's that other arc I was looking for).

The NewsVines thread also offered that I'm an expert. In something. I'm much more comfortable being thought of as someone continuingly learning. NextStage's research -- and mine -- is ongoing. Look on our Principles page and you'll find several entries that deal with the concept of expertise versus learning. We go with learning every time.

One of the comments in the NewsVines' thread was that the content was weak. Please folks, help me provide better material for you. Let me know how to make my work better and chances are, I'll do it. Just ask Cleveland search engine optimization firm Keyphrase-Marketing's Jan Limpach.

Also, one of the reasons I posted the Resumes as Dinosaurs arc was because NextStage is finishing up a tool for people writing resumes and those who have to read them.

And, you betcha, more to follow...

Please contact NextStage for information regarding presentations and trainings on this and other topics.
