
Rob covers quite a bit in the book and he's done some good research. I liked what he had to say about privacy and his chapter on the human condition. He's got a nice way with words and gets his point across without burying readers too much in intricacies (another thing I can learn from him).
The first time I met Rob he gave me a copy of his previous book, Advertising Interactively, which became a vacation read for me a while back and is also a worthwhile read. He also writes for ClickZ and IMediaConnection, so you can get a taste of his writing styles at either site.
