The owners figured out that happy employees made happy customers. As the employees played and had fun, they began to enjoy their job more. As the employees became happier the customers picked up on the good moods and began to play as well. As a result, the fish markets’ business grew and so did their reputation as a great place to work. The happy employees cared about their customers and brought more business to the market.
