Essentially we're analysing how well a company (the US Government) has communicated (Presidential speeches) the worth of it's product (confidence in the government and its leaders). This is not a measure of the President's or the government's popularity, only how well they're communicating several important messages to their shareholders (the public). Think of it as an analysis of some company's yearly reports to its investors. Part 1 described the method used. This entry describes a typical business use of this process.
NextStage's Predictive Echo tool, for example, allows us to go through old web analytics reports and server logs with the goal of determining how a site's audience was responding psychologically to the site over time. This allows us to "predict" the cognitive, motivational/effective and behavioral visitor needs a site must meet, ie, when the site will need to be redesigned/modified and how to redesign/modify it.
