From this we perfect our Predictive Echo tool, our TargetTrack tool, so on and so forth. In this exercise, we're analysing how well a company (the US Government) has communicated (Presidential speeches) the worth of it's product (confidence in the government and its leaders) over time. Think of it as an analysis of yearly reports to investors (because that's pretty much what it is if you're willing to switch metaphors). It goes like this...
The Method:
- Something happened and there's public records of it.
- The social response or presponse is on public record.
- We use our tool set to measure what we know happened then match the result against what the know the social response or presponse was.
