During the conversations around creating that success metric, we talked about what Progress was doing to make itself more search-friendly. One thing they'd done was hire a bunch of "search experts" and by that I mean "people who really know how to search real well". These weren't SEO companies per se although some may have worked at search engine companies and optimizers at the time. What they were, more to the point, were people who were SMEs in how to search.
