Yet, I consider myself a faithful Firefox user and turned to it based on the recommendation of a friend, colleague and gifted economist, Tom Connor of Ridma. I know I don't fit that demographic and I'll let Tom post for himself (if he wishes)
Never-the-less, I'd like to see the demographic of the fan base and recognize that what Firefox puts on the tube will have more to do with their goals than anything else.
What this does tweak in me is something along the same idea I first mentioned to Eric Mattson (Eric also writes KMM's MarketingBlurb blog); do Firefox users cover a broad spectrum of the browser user population? Do they all think a specific way? This would be something that NextStage could determine via several avenues (analyzing the sites most visited by the most users, for example).
Hmm...more food for thought...
