Imagine my surprise to find this blog listed in a Google custom search created by Bug-Eyed Marketing's Stephen Fraser (you can find Mr. Fraser's blog at Marketing Type. Bug-Eyed Marketing specializes in "unconventional public relations" (okay, I'm interested) and "understanding online communities" (okay, I'm very interested), among other things.Discovering I was part of a custom Google search, it made me wonder what I would create a custom search around. I still believe in magic and know that magic is just the other side of science -- the preternatural that we see but do not yet understand and can't begin to explain -- so perhaps my custom searches would be to find those individuals who quest as do I.
