Second, the charts produced here are based on a random selection of about 30 sites our system monitors. Which 30 sites we use changes over time and whim. Currently the only professional service sector we're monitoring is medical (sorry, Matt).
I think this would be an excellent study. Right now, though, we don't have enough data specific to professional service providers to single them out and produce reports I'd be comfortable sharing except, literally, as interesting data points.
